We have preset 12 built-in running programs for this treadmill, or you can choose the rhythm you want within the range of 0.5-7.5MPH as you like. The running board is 3-level manually adjustable to meet your personal experience.
The standard LED display provides intuitive feedback of time, distance, speed, calories, and heart rate, so you can monitor your exercise status. Both armrests have integrated hand pulse sensors to provide synchronous monitoring of critical heart rate data.
The excellent shock absorption effect of this treadmill comes from a multi-layer synthetic running belt and a reasonably structured running board, which keeps you away from common running sports damage and protects your knees, hips, ankles, and feet.
Two bottle cages on the panel make water replenishment within easy reach and are equipped with a device stand for your smart device and built-in speakers to help relax while running.
